We overheard that there was a speech that the President conducted.
These was in front of the soldiers. The president asked to comment them "tikas pahinga" then the President said"Ang nagsulat Ma'm ditto di ka sinali, bugbugin nalang natin".
The President apologized and acknowledged the presence of the Vice President in the said event.
The speech was delivered in Baguio City. This was the recent graduation of the Philippine Military Academy.
